This homemade macaroni and pizza is made with nutritional whole-wheat dough. This pizza is layered with creamy macaroni and cheese, as well as, a blend of mozzarella and provolone cheese.

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Pizza Dough, Dough Go’s

  • 3 c Prepared Macaroni and Cheese

  • 8 oz Cheese Blend Mozz/Prov Shredded

Directions

  • Thaw frozen pizza dough the night before.
  • Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare dough ball according to instructions and place product in a single layer on a clean pan.
  • Cook and Prepare macaroni and cheese according to manufacturer directions.
  • Place and spread macaroni and cheese on pizza dough.
  • Top with cheese and bake until golden brown, 10-15 min.
