This homemade pepperoni pizza is made with nutritional whole-wheat dough. This pizza will satisfy anyone who likes the simple, yet traditional, pepperoni and cheese pizza.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c Pizza Sauce with Basil

  • 30 slices Pepperoni, Beef/Pork

  • 4 1/2 c Cheese Blend Mozz/Prov Shredded

  • 24 oz Raw Pizza Dough Ball, Fresh

Directions

  • Thaw frozen pizza dough the night before
  • Preheat oven: 350 F.
  • Top pizza dough with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. – Prepare dough ball according to instructions.
  • Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

  • Allergens: Milk, Wheat
  • Meal Components: 1.5 oz of Meat/Meat Alternates. 3.25 oz (eq) of Whole Grain- Rich. 0.125 Cups of Red/Orange.
