This wrap is quick to make, full of vitamins, minerals and is packed with flavor. The roasted red pepper hummus is spread on the whole-grain flour tortilla, then it is topped with cucumbers, lettuce, carrots and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 ea American Cheese, Sliced

  • 1/2 c Lettuce, Romaine Spring Mix Blend

  • 2 tbsp Carrots, Shredded

  • 2 tbsp Cucumber, Sliced

  • 1/4 c Hummus, Roasted Red Pepper

  • 8 ea 8″ Flour Tortilla

Directions

  • Spread 1/4 cup of hummus on tortilla shell w/ 2 slices of cheese.
  • Add the shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and lettuce.
  • Roll and Serve!
