This salad comes loaded with a refreshing mix of lettuce greens, ham, turkey breast, cheese and other fabulous toppings! This yummy salad is a delicious, healthy, and filling meal option that students, teachers and parents will love!


  • 1 c Romaine Lettuce

  • 1 c Baby Spinach, Fresh

  • 1 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 tbsp Shredded Carrots

  • 1 tbsp Grape tomatoes, Sliced

  • 1 tbsp Cucumbers, Diced

  • 1 each Hard Boiled, Chopped

  • 1 slice Sliced Ham, Chopped

  • 1 slice Sliced Turkey, Chopped

  • .5 oz Whole Grain Croutons


  • Wash and prepare all produce according to ingredient depiction.
  • Chop/dice the hard boiled egg, turkey and ham.
  • Assemble all ingredients into a salad container for service.
  • Serve with a 1 oz grain roll and dressing of choice. Enjoy!

  • Remove frozen product from freezer using oldest pack date first.
  • CCP: Take and record on a temperature log all beginning temperatures of refrigerated foods before beginning the recipe.
  • Wash hands thoroughly before handling food, after handling contaminated food or objects, and before switching to another step where there is an opportunity for contamination. This applies as well for before and after glove use.
  • Use clean pair of gloves when handling raw product. Replace gloves after handling any other object.
