This homemade pizza roll is simple and delicious and it tastes just like a pepperoni pizza, just nestled into fluffy nutritional whole-wheat dough. The dough is stuffed with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 qt Cheese Blend Mozz/Prov Shredded

  • 16 slices Pepperoni

  • 22 oz Raw Pizza Dough Ball, Fresh

Directions

  • Pull frozen pizza dough out to thaw the night before. Prep is 10 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Prepare dough ball according to instructions, spread into a 12×16 sheet.
  • Roll out dough and add 1 qt. shredded mozzarella cheese, and 16 pepperoni slices.
  • Cut off the ends of the dough that do not have filling inside.
  • Add to greased baking sheet. Sprinkle extra cheese if desired.
  • Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • Cut into 8 slices. Serve alongside marinara sauce for dipping!

  • CORRECTIVE ACTION HOT FOOD All cooked food items being held for service that drop below 140 degrees must be removed from service until such time as they are reheated to 165 degrees. Any food not eaten after reheating must be discarded.
  • Place product in warming cabinet until served. Ensure that hot food is held at a temperature above 140° F.

  • Maximum holding time is two (2) hours. Discard product after maximum holding time is reached. Do not reheat product.
