This homemade chicken Bianco pizza is made with nutritional whole-wheat dough. This pizza can also be known as a white chicken pizza. This pizza is layered with a creamy white cheese sauce, chicken breast and a blend of mozzarella and provolone cheese.


  • 24 oz 24 Raw Pizza Dough Ball, Fresh

  • 8 oz 8 Cheese Sauce, White Blend

  • 2 tsp 2 Garlic Powder

  • 8 oz 8 Grilled Chicken Breast

  • 1 lb 1 Cheese Blend Mozz/Prov Shredded


  • Preheat convection oven to 350° F.
  • Prepare pizza dough according to manufacturer directions.
  • Prepare and ensure chick breast is adequately cooked prior to dicing.
  • Spread cheese sauce, garlic powder, and mozzarella over crust. Add diced chicken evenly overtop.
  • Bake until golden brown and internal temperature is reached, about 10-15 min.
  • CCP: Heat to 165° F or higher for at least 15 seconds
  • Remove product from oven. Caution! Finished product is hot. Use oven mitts when handling product to avoid injury.
  • CCP: Place product in warming cabinet until served. Ensure that hot food is held at a temperature above 140° F.
  • CORRECTIVE ACTION HOT FOOD All cooked food items being held for service that drop below 140 degrees must be removed from service until such time as they are reheated to 165 degrees. Any food not eaten after reheating must be discarded.
