About Instructor

Claudia Simion

Claudia is currently the Café Operations Specialist for the Brownsburg School Corporation in Indiana. She oversees the training program for the Food Department employees including the temps, regular employees, assistants and managers. Claudia has launched several successful programs in the schools, engaged the teachers and students and was recognized as the employee of the year on multiple occasions.
