A few terms to know:

EMOM = Every Minute On The Minute

AMRAP = As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible (in given time frame)

About Instructor

Sidney Ware

Sidney is a fitness enthusiast with a passion for educating and encouraging others to kick bad habits and learn to love the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. As a mom of two + twins, Sidney realized the importance of taking care of herself through fitness and decided to help others along the way. Sidney is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer who in 2018 created a women’s only HIIT bootcamp class (LIT:FIT) at a local gym. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she formed a virtual platform for her clients to continue to work-out through the global shut down that she continues to coach today. Sidney is passionate about making fitness fun and making your health and wellness a priority.

You can do it!!!

This is a wonderful workout program. Anyone can do this workout program! She tells you how to modify if you are unable to complete the exercise.
