Fiesta Taco Salad

This salad is colorful and delicious. Its full of vegetables and beef, and loaded with flavor. Topped with shredded cheese and tortilla chips for an extra crunch.


  • 1 Cup 1 Romaine Lettuce

  • 1 Cup 1 Spinach

  • 2 oz 2 Taco, Beef

  • 1 oz 1 Mild, Cheese

  • 16 chips 16 Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips

  • 2 Tbsp 2 Grape Tomatoes


  • Place sealed bag of beef in a steamer or in boiling water. Heat approximately 45 minutes or until product reaches serving temperature.
  • In a container, build the salad starting with the lettuce at the bottom.
  • Serve with a side of sour cream, salsa, etc.
  •  Ensure cold food is held at a temperature below 41° F.
    CORRECTIVE ACTION COLD FOOD: Any food item being served cold must be maintained at or below 41. In the event the temperature of the cold item rises above 41°F it must be returned to a refrigerated or frozen atmosphere and temperature reduced to 41°F or below.
