Lisa teaches everything from Yoga to Zumba®, Barre to Cycling, Pilates to Strength and Conditioning, and HIIT to TRX… as well as teaching leadership workshops and classes! She holds a B.A. in Human Behavior from Skidmore College. She is also an ACE Certified Professional in both Group Fitness and Health Coaching, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Lifestyle and Behavioral Change Coach. Helping people discover their “why”, find the self-confidence they didn’t know existed and develop passion for improving their health, fitness and overall life is what makes her heart truly sing!
