Many of our most vulnerable customers and their families rely on us daily to provide meals that keep all students fed, safe, and healthy so they are at their best all day long, especially during class. This lesson will provide an overview of which sensitivities may require meal accommodations, and how to do so in a safe, compliant manner while upholding your program’s high standards of operation.
