This is a fun fall twist on a classic parfait. They are easy to make with layers of pumpkin, yogurt, and granola.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 Yogurt, Lowfat, Vanilla

  • 4 oz 4 Pumpkin, Puree

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Cinnamon, Spice

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Granola

Directions

  • In a container, add 2 ounces of pumpkin. Layer with 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1/4 cup of granola.
  • Repeat this process one more time.
