Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Veggie Wrap

This wrap is quick to make, full of vitamins, minerals and is packed with flavor. The roasted red pepper hummus is spread on the whole-grain flour tortilla, then it is topped with cucumbers, lettuce, carrots and cheese.


  • 2 ea 2 American Cheese, Sliced

  • 1/2 c 1/2 Lettuce, Romaine Spring Mix Blend

  • 2 tbsp 2 Carrots, Shredded

  • 2 tbsp 2 Cucumber, Sliced

  • 1/4 c 1/4 Hummus, Roasted Red Pepper

  • 8 ea 8 8″ Flour Tortilla


  • Spread 1/4 cup of hummus on tortilla shell w/ 2 slices of cheese.
  • Add the shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and lettuce.
  • Roll and Serve!
  • Food prep areas, Equipment, and utensils, to be used in recipe will be washed and sanitized prior to beginning the preparation and cooking.
  • Assemble all ingredients, utensils, etc. to be used in recipe within easy reach of prep area so that food safety can be managed more effectively as well as better control of contamination and cross contamination.
  • Remove product from refrigerator using oldest pack date first.
