This homemade cheese pizza is made with nutritional whole-wheat dough. This pizza will satisfy those who want all the pizza without the meat. This pizza is topped with a generous amount of fresh mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c 1 1/4 Pizza Sauce with Basil

  • 24 oz 24 Raw Pizza Dough Ball, Fresh

  • 2 c 2 Cheese Blend Mozz/Prov Shredded

  • 4 each 4 Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks

Directions

  • Thaw frozen pizza dough the night before.
  • Prepare dough ball according to instructions and place product in a single layer on a clean pan.
  • Preheat convection oven: 350° F. Top pizza dough with sauce and cheese.
  • Cut cheese sticks in half, lengthwise and place around perimeter of pizza and cover with crust.
  • Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
