This wrap is simple yet full of flavor! It is a classic turkey, cheese, tomato, and lettuce wrap that is always a hit.


  • 3 qt. 1/2 c. 3 qt. Romaine Lettuce

  • 100 slices 100 Tomato

  • 50 each 50 Tortilla

  • 50 slices 50 American Cheese

  • 9 lbs 6 oz 9 lbs Sliced Turkey Breast


  • Take one tortilla wrap and top with one slice of cheese, 3 oz of turkey, 2 slices of tomatoes, and 1/4 cup of lettuce
  • Roll up tortilla into a wrap and serve.
  • CCP: Wash hands thoroughly before handling food, after handling contaminated food or objects, and before switching to another step where there is an opportunity for contamination.
