This nostalgic dish is sure to be a hit. Everything you love about a taco is combined with a bag of Doritos. The best part is there are no plates for an easy clean up!

Ingredients

  • 5 lb Beef, Taco

  • 3 qt 1/2 cup Mild Cheddar, Cheese

  • 50 bags Dorito

  • 1 qt 2.25 cup Lettuce, Shredded

Directions

  • Place sealed bag in a steamer or in boiling water. Heat Approximately 45 minutes or until product reaches serving temperature.
  • Once beef is done cooking, grab one bag of Doritos.
  • Add in 1 2/3 oz beef, 1/4 cup of cheese, and 2 tablespoons of lettuce.

  • CORRECTIVE ACTION HOT FOOD All cooked food items being held for service that drop below 140 degrees must be removed from service until such time as they are reheated to 165 degrees. Any food not eaten after reheating must be discarded.
